GSXR Conversions
The Suzuki GSXR engine transforms the Caterham experience. 250bhp in a 390kg car delivers extraordinary performance with the soundtrack to match.
We have extensive experience with bike-engined Sevens and can guide you through the conversion process or build a complete car to your specification.
Suspension Kits & Setup
Every Caterham we've owned or developed has taught us something. That accumulated knowledge goes into every setup we deliver — corner weights, ride height, anti-roll bar balance and damper settings resolved together rather than in isolation.
From standard Sigma Academy cars to full race-spec 420R and Superlight machinery, we dial in suspension that makes your car communicate clearly and respond predictably.

The Kawasaki H2 Conversion

The Kawasaki Ninja H2 engine represents one of the most extraordinary powerplants available for lightweight car conversion — a supercharged inline-four producing up to 310bhp in H2R specification, in a compact and relatively lightweight package. Integrating it correctly into a lightweight chassis demands real engineering rather than improvisation.
Dry sump conversion, thermal management and correct engineering integration are essential for the H2 platform to perform reliably in a car application. We develop and supply the specialist components that make this conversion work — including our purpose-built H2 dry sump system.
