Suspension Setup & Development

We work with all major damper brands including Penske, Nitron, Ohlins, and Quantum. Even if you didn't buy your dampers from us, we can service and optimise them.

Hillclimb Specific
Optimised for the unique demands of hillclimb – fast direction changes and varied surfaces.
Custom Valving
Linear Valving
Consistent damping force throughout the stroke. Ideal for smooth surfaces and predictable handling.
Digressive Valving
Better compliance over bumps while maintaining high-speed control. Our recommended option for most Caterhams.
Progressive Valving
Increasing damping with speed. Excellent for cars that see a more varied surface perhaps with extreme bumps.

Suspension feel is subjective. What works for one driver may not suit another. Custom valving allows us to tune your dampers specifically for YOU – your weight, your driving style, your preferences.
Every set of dampers we valve is built to order. We'll discuss your requirements, build the shim stacks to suit, then dyno test to verify performance before shipping.

We particularly recommend digressive front pistons – they transform turn-in feel and ride quality over larger bumps.
Chassis Engineering
Suspension doesn't exist in isolation.

Our chassis engineering service takes a holistic approach. We assess your car as a complete system and develop solutions that address the whole picture, not just individual components.
