Kawasaki Ninja H2 Parts & Engineering

Specialist engineering components for the supercharged H2 platform. Developed from real-world motorsport and car conversion requirements.

H2 Engineering For Serious Applications

The Kawasaki Ninja H2 and H2R represent one of the most extraordinary production engine packages available — a supercharged inline-four producing up to 310bhp in track-only trim, in a compact and relatively lightweight package. For those pushing these machines beyond road use, or integrating the H2 engine into lightweight car builds, specialist engineering solutions become essential.

Too Fast To Race develops and supplies specialist components for the H2 platform based on genuine engineering requirements encountered in motorsport and vehicle conversion projects. These are not generic aftermarket products — they are purpose-developed solutions to real-world engineering problems.

Additional H2 Engineering Support

Beyond the dry sump system, we can support a range of H2 engineering and conversion requirements.

The Ninja H2 Platform

The Kawasaki Ninja H2 is a supercharged hypersport motorcycle producing 200bhp in road trim and up to 310bhp in the track-only H2R variant. The centrifugal supercharger was developed across multiple divisions of the Kawasaki Heavy Industries group — the result is extraordinary power delivery with a surprisingly linear throttle response for a forced-induction engine.

For car builders, the H2 engine offers an exceptional power-to-weight ratio in a compact, relatively reliable package. With the correct supporting engineering — dry sump conversion, thermal management and appropriate integration — it presents a genuinely compelling option for lightweight sports cars and specials where outright power-to-weight is the primary objective.

The engineering challenges involved are real, however. Oil control, cooling and integration complexity all demand careful attention. Our involvement in H2 engineering projects comes directly from encountering and solving these problems in practice.
